Cancellation and Refund Policy

We are a small farm stay business, providing friendly accommodation without the crowds. As we never have more than two parties sharing our wholesome space at one time, we ask guests for full prepayment to secure their reservation.

 

Reservations cancelled outside 14 days before the arrival date will incur an administration charge of $55. Booking dates can be transferred to another date (within 3 months of the original booking).

 

Reservations that are cancelled within 14 days of the booking date or are a ‘no show’, the full amount of the booking will be charged. We hope you understand our reasoning. Late cancellations and ‘no shows’ mean a loss of income for Hill Top Farm, and we may also have had to turn away other guests because of your booking.
